It adds a level of professionalism to the business that can’t be described. It’s an excellent tool!
Live Agent is a ticketing system we have in place to help us keep track of thousands of customers and orders. Until we had Live Agent as a way to track our work flow, it was a hot mess. We were dropping balls, loosing files, disorganized and lacked any sort of process for handling our influx of business. Without Live Agent, we wouldn’t be able to serve our clients effectively. It’s a great tool and I highly recommend it.
Graphic Designers are as essential to a small businesses as attorneys are in a court room. PrinterBees has an amazing team of graphic designers on staff to help with any design project. It’s best to find a designer you can work with over and over so they get to know you and what you’re looking for. For the book I had two designers help me and without them, the product would not show nearly as well. I had a cartoonist, Andy Nortnik, who I highly recommend do the drawings and I had our senior designer Lisa Norton handle creating the book cover. I hope you agree that the two of them did a great job. It wasn’t something I was capable of doing to the par I needed it to be. I am a graphics designer and design graphic images for our website regularly, that doesn’t make me qualified to design a book cover. Use a designer, you’ll be glad you did.
